🎯 Aims and Learning Outcomes

Through this programme, organisations will receive training, mentoring and guidance to design and develop a new digital service or rethink existing services using the service design methodology.

The aim of the course is to provide participants with the knowledge and skills to design user-centred digital, accessible services that lead to delivering better outcomes for communities in Wales.

During this programme, participants will:

• Get the opportunity to design and test a new digital service or improve an existing service
• Learn new things about service users and their needs
• Receive mentoring and guidance from digital experts
• Develop knowledge and skills in how to apply agile, iterative, person-centred methodologies to your work
• Collaborate and share ideas with other organisations involved in the programme
• Dedicate time to test out new ideas and experiment with new digital tools
• Gain access to digital tools and resources

⚙️ How it Works

Through the National Lottery Funded Third Sector Digital Support project, we are able to offer each participating organisation £4,800 (VAT inclusive) remuneration to contribute towards staff time and resources.
